The Sunday Afternoons Sun Guide Cap is a lightweight, versatile cap that will come in handy for anyone who spends a lot of time out in the sun.
The cap is made from a lightweight, breathable polyester fabric treated with UPF 50+ sun protection and a water-repellent finish. The inner rim is lined with lightweight mesh for maximum breathability and sweat wicking. The brim is stiff but has a bend in the middle. This makes the entire cap very easy to pack away. The cap features mesh ventilation panels on the sides, which are covered by a simple flap. This gives you the option to leave the vents open or “flip them closed.”
At the back, there’s a simple strap with a buckle that lets you adjust the cap’s circumference exactly to your needs; on one side, this strap is also stretchy, so the cap fits your head even better. A neck collar is then slipped onto this strap to protect your neck. You can simply attach it to the cap’s brim using snaps or let it hang loose. There are several options.
At the front, you can fasten the collar all the way around your neck. The collar has several hidden vents for maximum ventilation. So it’s up to you whether you wear the cap without the collar as a classic baseball cap or “wrap yourself up” completely.
The cap comes in two sizes: S/M is for head circumferences from 54.5 to 60 cm. Size L/XL is for head circumferences from 58 to 63 cm.
