The Rab Khroma Kinetic Jacket is a lightweight and highly breathable jacket for every skier and ski mountaineer. The Proflex membrane material (proven over the years in Kinetic jackets) is used here with a new, significantly more durable nylon outer fabric. High breathability, material flexibility, and well-designed ventilation make this jacket the ideal piece for ski mountaineering adventures even in the worst conditions.

With this piece of clothing, RAB has ventured into the world of skiing and ski mountaineering, and we must admit that it is a very successful entry. RAB has leveraged its decades of experience in developing top-tier mountaineering gear and combined it with modern ski design. The result is a jacket that covers the entire spectrum of skiing activities, from day trips to demanding technical ski mountaineering—and it looks great, too.

The Proflex material offers excellent breathability and water resistance. All of this is “wrapped” in a very comfortable, soft, and stretchy fabric. You won’t sweat unnecessarily while climbing uphill, and during the descent, the Khroma Kinetic ski mountaineering jacket will safely protect you from the harsh mountain elements. The jacket features generously sized chest pockets that easily accommodate items such as climbing skins or gloves. Ventilation is cleverly positioned on the back of the sleeves, making it significantly more effective than traditional underarm vents.

The jacket also comes in attractive colors and can be paired with Khroma Kinetic pants to create a coordinated outfit.
