To file a claim, either follow the instructions on the Czech distributor’s website or bring the socks to one of our stores, and if we have them in stock, we’ll exchange them for you right away! The only thing we ask is that you wash the socks first! The warranty does not cover burn holes or damage caused by your four-legged friend.

Care

Machine wash on a delicate cycle or in warm water. Always turn the socks inside out. Avoid using bleach and fabric softener. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry.
