A lightweight, compact sleeping pad from the iconic American brand Gossamer Gear. Can also be used as a back panel for Gossamer Gear backpacks (size M)

Possible uses:

• Back panel for backpacks without a back panel.
• Replacement for Tyvek as protection for an inflatable sleeping pad / non-slip layer under an inflatable sleeping pad.
• Emergency replacement for an inflatable sleeping pad or as a minimalist summer sleeping pad.
• Increases the thermal resistance (estimated R = 0.5) of a second sleeping pad or serves as a footrest when using a shortened sleeping pad.
• Yoga mat / travel yoga mat.
• An alternative to a seat pad.
• A mat for a short break / evening gathering—for times when you don’t want to inflate your main mat.
• Wrap it around your waist in the rain to protect your legs from water dripping off your waterproof jacket.
• Evazote foam is a suitable material for emergency DIY projects—e.g., ultralight camping sandals or spare insoles.
• Mat for your four-legged companion.
