Since 2020, Rab has placed a strong emphasis on sustainability, and an increasing number of its products are manufactured with a focus on minimizing the environmental impact of human activity. In addition to the Microlight Alpine down jacket and lightweight hoodies, this product line also includes items featuring PrimaLoft® Silver synthetic insulation. This insulation is also used in the Rab Cirrus Skirt.
Compared to the original insulation, PrimaLoft® Silver Luxe™ synthetic insulation is more durable, warmer, and, most importantly, as a 100% recycled material, has a lower environmental impact. The Rab Cirrus Skirt thus offers all the advantages of synthetic insulation over down. It dries faster and is generally easier to maintain in terms of moisture and dirt. With synthetic insulation, you don’t have to worry about sweating or getting wet. It will perform well in any condition.
The skirt is suitable for all winter activities where you need to insulate the lower body. It is ideal for ski touring, cross-country skiing, winter hiking, or winter bivouacking. Protection against wind and moisture is provided by the outer 30D Pertex Quantum recycled fabric with a DWR finish, complemented by stretch panels at the waist and sides for greater comfort. The inner fabric is made of recycled 20D nylon.
Compared to the previous model, the Rab Cirrus Skirt no longer has a back pocket, but now features two side pockets. The waist closure system has also been updated: only one snap is visible from the outside, while the second is cleverly hidden inside between two strips of Velcro. The full-length YKK double zipper along the front of the skirt remains unchanged. The skirt can be packed into the included stuff sack.

- Two side pockets with YKK zippers.
- Main full-length two-way YKK zipper along the front of the skirt.
- Comes with a stuff sack.
