Mungo Hero is a new brand that originated in the Czech Republic. It was born from a brilliant idea by Petra Havlíková, a passionate traveler who, while on her travels, was dissatisfied with the selection of meatless dishes in restaurants and thus began experimenting with her own dried food mix—perfect for traveling. After some testing, the first meal was created, based on mung beans with delicious Indian spices.

Petra uses only high-quality organic ingredients in her production, and her meals are also gluten-free. A huge advantage of Mungo Hero meals is how easy and quick they are to prepare. Just add hot water, wait 5–7 minutes, and the meal is ready. Thanks to its high energy content and light weight, it’s the perfect choice for long trips.
