It is designed primarily for trail runners and for quick trips into the mountains. The "5-Panel" construction, combined with a soft brim, ensures excellent packability.
The material is lightweight and proven "Rab" Matrix™ (130 g/m²) with a fluorocarbon-free water-repellent DWR finish. It is highly breathable on its own, a feature further enhanced by laser-cut ventilation holes.
You don’t have to worry about performance even at the highest intensities; this piece handles it with ease and can even withstand light rain.
For really warm conditions, however, its mesh counterpart will be a slightly better choice—Rab Momentum 5 Panel Cap.
The back adjustment is handled in a truly minimalist way with an elastic drawstring. Lightweight, simple, and fully functional.
