The Rab Horizon Tights combine the comfort of classic women’s leggings with the durability of mountaineering and climbing pants. They are the successor to the immensely popular Rab Skyline Tights, which we’ve personally put through their paces over thousands of kilometers—whether in races, daily training sessions, or during our other running challenges.

You can use them as running pants, super-comfortable pants for trekking, and they’ll also serve you well during climbing activities. In winter or generally colder conditions, wear them as a base layer, giving you year-round pants for many of your outdoor activities. For active competitive cross-country skiers, they’ll also work great on the trails.

Rab Horizon Tights feature a time-tested fabric construction, meaning they are built on a base of lightweight, breathable yet abrasion-resistant Flexile™ (200 g/m²) (68% polyamide, 32% elastane) combined with durable, double-layered Matrix™ (132 g/m²) (89% polyamide, 11% elastane) on the seat and knees. Both materials are quick-drying and treated with a water-repellent DWR finish.

As is customary with Rabu, it does not contain fluorocarbons. The elastic seams are flat, minimizing friction against the skin—a feature you’ll especially appreciate on long rides. The pants have two thigh pockets—one with a YKK zipper and one with a flap. Both easily fit even the largest phone we found on our team (160 x 70 mm).
