The Sawtooth pants are made from the proven Matrix™ softshell fabric. You may recognize it from our most popular Borealis jackets. Matrix embodies several key features. It is lightweight, stretchy, durable, very comfortable against the skin, quick-drying, perfectly breathable, and, most importantly, windproof. Thanks to these features, the pants are suitable for most outdoor activities.

Thanks to its water-repellent DWR finish, the fabric can easily handle light rain or snow, and even if they do get wet, they dry very quickly. For longer periods of rain, we recommend the Downpour Eco overpants. As for the technical features, you’ll love the 4 zippered pockets. Two classic pockets on the sides and two more on the thighs.

The waistband is sturdy and features loops for threading a belt. The inside of the waistband also has a fleece strip, which adds to the comfort. The knees are pre-shaped to allow for unrestricted movement. The ankle areas are reinforced, and the pants also feature leg cuffs and loops for attaching a strap to pull the pants over your boots.
