A gift voucher is the ideal Christmas gift.

Do you know your loved ones have their sights set on shopping with us, but aren’t sure what they’ll ultimately choose as their top priority? Give them a voucher and let them decide.

You can purchase a gift voucher either directly at our stores in Liberec or Prague, or online.

⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠Select the type of voucher (whether printed or electronic), then choose its value and place your order.

For the fastest possible processing , we recommend selecting online card payment . We will then hand the printed gift card over to the carrier, and delivery is in their hands.

When paying by bank transfer, please allow for a certain delay.

Vouchers can be redeemed at all our stores and for purchases in the e-shop. When shopping in the e-shop, enter the voucher number in the discount coupon field to redeem it immediately.

• The voucher is valid for 1 year.
• Vouchers can be combined (i.e., added together), but only when redeemed in-store.

Please note! Only 1 (one) discount code can be automatically applied to each order via the online store.
If you have multiple gift vouchers and wish to use them in a single order, please
select bank transfer as your payment method and enter the codes for the additional vouchers in the notes section during the final step of the order.
We will then adjust your order and notify you once it has been successfully processed.
