Sustainability and eco-friendly production

The Klymit Static V Lite Eco is made from Bluesign certified fabric (30D Polyester). This means it is made from approved chemical raw materials and manufactured with minimal impact on people and the environment. Above all, this results in a more sustainable production process and targets eco-conscious hikers who strive to contribute to preserving nature for future generations.

Ergonomic Design

This sleeping pad features all the elements characteristic of this iconic American brand. The innovative V-shaped chamber design with slightly raised side chambers ensures excellent comfort, reduced air movement within the chambers, and consequently lower heat loss. 

The team at Klymit has won several awards for the innovative design of their products. The Klymit Static V Lite Eco was also designed using their patented “Body Mapping” technology. The V-shaped chambers ergonomically conform to the natural contours of your back when sleeping on your back, while the side chambers provide support when rolling over and sleeping on your side, making the Static V Lite Eco one of the most comfortable sleeping pads on the market for its weight. However, it is also just one centimeter narrower than the iconic—and one of the widest—sleeping pads on the market, Klymit Static V2. 

New valve

Just like with all newer Klymit models, you’ll find a new, flat valve. Unlike the previous version, it’s recessed and doesn’t get in the way. The inflation valve is one-way, so air won’t escape while you’re inflating it. When you want to deflate the mat, simply press once to rotate the internal “baffle,” and the mat will deflate. A pretty simple solution…

We have also added inflatable bag for the flat “flip valve” to make inflating sleeping pads easier and also to reduce condensation inside the pad when inflating by mouth.

We recommend placing a Tyvek under every inflatable mat, which significantly reduces the risk of punctures.
