Although we at the Nalehko team have grown very fond of cooking with liquid alcohol, there are times when a gas stove makes more sense. Especially in colder conditions, cooking with liquid alcohol can be more of a challenge, and that’s exactly when the Pinguin Mantis Titan comes into play. Thanks to its high efficiency, wide base, and low weight, it’s a great option even for group cooking.

Workmanship and Construction

Most of the stove is made of lightweight and durable titanium, resulting in a very respectable weight of 98 grams. The cartridge connects to the stove via a steel-braided hose, which features a precise control valve at its end. This design allows you to use the cartridge down to the last drop.

Use with titanium

The stove legs have a maximum diameter of 140 mm (minimum 50 mm), which easily provides stability for the vast majority of larger pots. Thanks to the wider burner and the ability to finely adjust the flame intensity, the stove is also suitable for use with thin-walled titanium mess tins. However, you must always have water in the pot before placing the mess tin over the fire!
