Nalehko runs an online store (that is to say e-shop) on our website: https://www.nalehko.cz/
We process certain personal data for the purpose of selling goods and operating our website.

A. Processing of personal data when using the contact form
If you make an inquiry about our products and services, we will work with the contact details you provide, mainly through the inquiry form. These are: first and last name, phone number, address, and email address.
Why so?
We will contact you via them to make further arrangements regarding the ordered goods.
On what legal grounds?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – negotiating a contract or taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request.
How long will we process personal data?
If we do not enter into further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 365 days from our last communication.
B. Processing of personal data in the case of purchase
If you make a purchase from us, we will process the information you provide us with. This mainly includes billing information: first name, last name, address, email, and phone number.
Why so?
We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods to you. We will also use your contact details to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, any complaints, or your questions.
We will further process personal data to fulfill our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints and other matters).
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract – and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.
How long will we process personal data?
For the period of our service provision and then 365 days from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.
C. Newsletters (commercial communication)
If you are a purchasing customer and have not prohibited us from doing so at the time of purchase, we will use your email address to send you our news.
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This is permitted under Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, unless you have prohibited us from doing so at the time of purchase.
How long will we process personal data?
730 days since your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by e-mail or by contacting us at: info@nalehko.cz
II. Who will have access the data?
Your data will remain with us. However, we work with certain companies or other individuals who have access to your data because they help us run our e-shop. These are:
- operator of the Shoptet e-shop platform (Shoptet a.s., with its registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, Company ID No. 289 35 675, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, File No. 25 395)
