Then you'll be asked to send the goods for return, and you are kept informed about the entire process, just as we are – everyone is happy. :-)
Hand-filled form
You can also print out the form and send us the completed form by post, but this is more complicated, less transparent and time-consuming, so we recommend using the online form above.
Notes
We remind you that we have the right to refuse acceptance of goods if the goods or their components are contaminated (dirty) or do not meet the basic requirements for hygienically safe delivery of goods.
Take in mind that this process is intented to be within the 14-day EU legal period you received the goods purchased online, no later!
