Shipping and payment
If we have the items in stock, we usually ship them already the same day.
Of course, you can also pick up your goods free of charge at one of our branches in Liberec or Prague.
Delivery options and prices
We use GLS and DHL shipping services to deliver goods outside the Czech Republic.
Are you in rush? Then choose DHL Express preferably – it's ultrafast, practically next day delivery (1-2 days).
Free shipping – If the final price of your order exceeds 400 €, you will receive FREE shipping inside the EU.
Payment options
If you need the items urgently, select online card payment. This allows us to ship the items immediately.
When paying by bank transfer, we will of course wait until the amount arrives in our account.
Refused deliveries
If a delivery is rejected or refused by the customer, a penalty fee will be applied to cover return shipping and handling costs:
- Penalty fee of 20-30 € (depending on country and courier) + the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
The penalty fee covers the cost charged by the courier service for returning the refused package back to our warehouse.
