Height – your normal height
If you mainly sleep on your stomach, feel free to add an extra 10 cm to your height (to account for stretched-out toes)
Body circumference – measured across relaxed arms at the widest point
If you toss and turn a lot, a wider quilt might be helpful. However, EE quilts are generally quite wide, so there’s no need to overdo it.

We all have unique body types, so two people of the same height may be better suited to two different sizes. That's why it's important to measure the key dimensions and choose according to your own measurements.

STEP 1: MEASURE YOUR TORSO LENGTH
C7 VERTEBRA TO ILIAC CENTER
Grab a measuring tape. Tilt your head forward to make it easier to and find the highest protruding knob at the base of your neck. Ahoy! It’s your C7 vertebrae—the starting point for your soft measuring tape. Tilt your head back up and run the tape straight down your spine until you reach your Iliac Center. This is the point in the center of your spine that aligns with the highest point on your hipbone.

STEP 2: PICK YOUR PACK!
Once you know your torso length, you can find out which size you should buy in whichever Gregory pack you like. And remember, all Gregory packs are sized the same regardless of gender, so a medium is a medium whether it’s unisex, a men’s pack, or a women’s pack.

STEP 3: TRY ON THE PACK
We always recommend throwing at least 4,5 - 9,0 kg in the pack. From there, the most important thing you can do is make sure the top edge of hipbelt is sitting 2.5cm above your iliac crest shelf. Next, the shoulder straps should wrap smoothly over your shoulders and should start wrapping onto your back, about 8 cm below the top of your shoulders. If your shoulder strap starts lower than 8 cm, try a larger size.

Every shoe upper is shaped on a last, which gives the shoe its final shape. The shape of the shoe is one of the most important parameters for choosing the right footwear. The human foot is a unique tool, and the shape of the shoe should resemble it as closely as possible. The width of the foot is a particularly important parameter when choosing the right footwear. Even old Mr. Baťa instructed all his salespeople that the shape of the shoe must be as close as possible to the shape of the foot. Unfortunately, this fundamental and logical sales parameter is now being trampled on by the modern story of diagnostics, which unfortunately distracts attention.
Don't underestimate the importance of the correct width of your new shoes, as this can significantly enhance your enjoyment of running and also extend the life of your shoes. When trying on shoes in the store, be sure to put on both shoes, walk around the store, and check the correct size and width of the shoe by simulating the push-off phase of running. In this phase, the transverse arch is most expanded, the foot is also at its maximum length, and you can also check the pressure of the heel on the Achilles tendon.
For better orientation and selection of suitable footwear, Inov8 has divided its models into 5 widths.
Precision
width 1 - narrow last, narrowest fit, suitable for performance running
width 2 - narrow precision last, wider fit - still more suitable for racing types
Medium
width 3 - medium width last, medium width fit - more space, more comfort
Standard
Width 4 - wide standard last, medium-wide cut - suitable for relatively wide feet
Width 5 - wide standard last, wide cut - the widest shoes in the range
