Pork leg and turkey thigh meat come together in one dish with a sauce featuring onion strips, meaty sausage, bacon, and mushrooms. Combined with bulgur—which is actually cracked whole wheat—it makes for a very nutritious meal with a pleasant kick thanks to hot peppers and chili.
