Self-heating works on the principle of an exothermic reaction between calcium oxide and water.

• 30g self-heating capsule - for heating 1 meal, or 2 × 200g or 250g meals.
• 60g self-heating capsule - for heating 2 meals at once.    
• TIP: When using in freezing temperatures, we recommend using a 60g capsule per meal.
