What’s in store for you?
✔ 4 running workouts in mountainous terrain
✔ The Royal Stage: approx. 20 km / 1,000 m elevation gain

Over three days, you’ll run approximately 40–50 km. We’ll adjust the pace to the group and, if necessary, split it up based on performance.

Program
Day 1
- Meet in Pec pod Sněžkou at 10:00 a.m.
- Transport of gear to the cabin and run up the mountain (6–10 km).
- Afternoon training around Výrovka.
- Evening lecture on training theory + discussion.
Day 2
- Long run after breakfast (approx. 20 km) across Sněžka.
- Recovery exercises in the afternoon.
- Evening lecture on sports nutrition + discussion.
Day 3
- Model interval training.
- Group lunch and end of the camp.

2–3-bed rooms with full board

What’s not included
Accommodation (full board): 2,800 CZK – payable on site
Cancellation policy:
14 days before the start: 70%
30 days before the start: 50%
Equipment testing available
During the camp, you will be able to test Rab and CAMP gear directly in mountain conditions.

The camp is not suitable for complete beginners—we’ll run 40–50 km over three days.
Who will be taking care of you?
Iveta Vlčková
An experienced runner with achievements in skyrunning. Smiling, but uncompromising on the hills.
Šárka Knížková
Nutrition specialist (LF UK, ČZU) who will explain sports nutrition clearly and without extremes.
Václav Novotný
Coach of the Mílařky Liberec group with over 20 years of experience. He combines track and field, triathlon, and cross-country skiing with modern training principles.
The camp is limited to 16 participants to ensure an individual approach.
