This perfectly anatomically cut jacket features the proven 20D Pertex Quantum Air (47 g/m²) with a DWR finish as its main material.

A very lightweight and extra-breathable material that reliably protects against the wind and holds up even during light rain or persistent drizzle. The secondary material is "Rabácký" Motiv™ Aero, which is ideal for mountain use. This fine mesh (85 g/m²) dries quickly, wicks moisture away superbly, and regulates temperature. The "Polygiene - stay fresh" treatment, which keeps the jacket odor-free even during prolonged, intense use, is just the icing on the cake. In the Windveil model, the mesh material is also strategically placed (center of the back, underarms, lower sleeves to the elbow) for wearing the jacket both under and over a running vest, ensuring ideal temperature regulation during high-intensity activity. At Rab, this jacket was designed primarily for comfort over long distances when you’re really pushing yourself—trail running, fast hiking, or quick mountain ascents.

The jacket features a full-length zipper with a clever pull tab at the top, which, when unzipped, allows for effective ventilation of excess heat without the jacket flapping unnecessarily around you. Extended, elastic sleeve cuffs protect your hands from the wind in exposed areas. By tightening the bottom hem, the Windveil can be perfectly sealed against the wind and is easy to adjust even with one hand. The hidden side pocket with a loop holds essential small items and can also be used to conveniently pack the jacket.
