The Nalehko Neprofuk men’s jacket is another top-of-the-line product from our NALEHKO workshop. We’ve been thinking about an ultralight windbreaker that offers everything we’ve always missed in other jackets for quite some time. Now we’ve finally arrived at the final version, and “our Neprofuk” is ready to take on the world!

Top-quality material

We have never skimped on materials in our production and always select the best available on the market. The Neprofuk is no exception. The jacket is made entirely from Pertex Quantum Air (weight 29 g/m²), a fabric we have years of experience with and know is a safe bet. In this case, Pertex acts as a perfect wind barrier while offering excellent breathability, which is doubly important during active movement. Of course, it also features a lightweight water-repellent DWR finish that can handle light drizzle or snowfall. Despite its lightness, Pertex is very durable and can handle the weight of a lightweight backpack.

Thoughtful construction

We could certainly have made an even lighter jacket, but we would have lost several of the advantages that Neprofuk offers. During development, we were clear that there were certain features we simply wanted, even if it meant adding a few extra grams. Nevertheless, the jacket weighs an impressive 99 grams (size M), which is fantastic for a windbreaker with these features! In our opinion, every quality windbreaker should have pockets, a full-length zipper, and a hood. And Neprofuk checks all these boxes! We fine-tuned the hood for a long time until we were completely satisfied. Although it’s designed in a minimalist style, it still features a Velcro adjustment at the back and an elastic hem on the inside. This ensures the hood fits almost everyone. It doesn’t slip or fall off—it simply does exactly what a hood is supposed to do. We also didn’t forget the practical and easily packable visor. We could have used a half-zip, but some people simply hate pulling things over their heads. That’s why we chose a high-quality full-length zipper. Of course, the zipper has a "garage" at the end to protect your chin. When you have nowhere to hide your numb hands in chilly weather, that’s a problem. The Neprofuk features two classic, sufficiently deep zippered pockets where you can easily tuck your hands or store small items. The jacket can also be easily packed into the left pocket. We’ve solved the issue of adjusting the bottom hem with a practical integrated drawcord. The sleeves have elasticated cuffs, so they adapt very easily to your hands.

Whether you’re running in the hills every day, cycling, cross-country skiing, or setting out on day or multi-day hikes with a light backpack on your back. The jacket is truly lightweight and perfectly packable, so it can easily be packed into a running vest or waist pack. You won’t even notice it in your hiking backpack. The entire design and production take place exclusively in the Czech Republic. We’ve also designed Neprofuk pants to go with this jacket, so you can get a great, ultralight set.
