It’s hard to find a versatile sleeping bag that will keep you comfortable during early spring frosts and then again on extra-warm summer nights without making you overheat. Unless you’re one of the lucky few who has three sleeping bags at home for all seasons, a sleeping bag liner can do a lot of the work without significantly adding to the weight and bulk of your gear. Reactor Thermolite is made from THERMOLITE® hollow fiber, which offers excellent thermal insulation and very high breathability despite its low weight. The entire fabric is stretchy and very flexible, so it does not significantly restrict movement. When sleeping in just underwear, it feels very comfortable against bare skin. The liner also serves very well as protection for your sleeping bag, as any sweat or dirt is absorbed by the liner and does not end up in your sleeping bag. The liner is easy to maintain, as it can be machine-washed without any issues.

The mummy shape with dimensions of 198 x 80 cm (80 cm at the shoulders, 55 cm width at the feet) offers plenty of interior space, and the hood can be easily pulled tight around the head. The manufacturer claims that the liner increases thermal comfort by up to 12%. However, this should be taken with a grain of salt. Honza Žďánský tested this item the most on our team, and he himself says that the objective increase in comfort is about 5°C, which is still a very nice figure. All in all, the Reactor Thermolite will be a great backup piece to improve your sleeping comfort or can be used for overnight stays in cabins.
