Product selection
The products are clearly arranged in categories. The individual categories are listed in the left and top menus. Each category contains previews of the individual products included in that category. Once you have found the product you are looking for, simply select the variant (e.g. size), number of items (for shoes, the number "1" refers to one pair) and add it to your shopping cart.
Shopping cart
You can access your shopping cart by clicking on the button with the backpack symbol at the top right of the page. In the shopping cart, you can clearly see all the products you have added to it—the name of the product, the number of items (which can be changed as desired), and the price of each item. Before submitting your order, select one of the shipping and payment options that suits you the best.

Placing an order
When submitting your order, the system will ask you to enter all the necessary information.
- If you are a new customer, you can establish your own account here.
- Already have an account? During the process, enter your e-mail address and the correct password, and you can continue with your order.
- Sure, you can place an order without creating an account. All you need to do is fill in your contact details and order the goods, but you will lose all the benefits associated with registration.
All communication regarding your order is conducted via e-mail, so it is necessary to fill it in.
Order summary & final submission
Before you finally submit your order, you will see a complete summary of your order. Here you can see all the items you have ordered, the number of items, the total price, the shipping costs, the delivery address, and the billing address. If all the information is correct, complete your order by clicking the Submit Order button.
You will be informed by email about every step of your order processing. This gives you a perfect overview of what is happening with your order and when you can expect delivery of the selected goods. If you have created your own account, you can track the status of your order in "My account" (in the upper right corner) -> "My orders".
