The Peak Design Cuff wrist strap is the perfect choice for securing your camera when you want to keep it close at hand but are worried about dropping it. Like all Peak Design products, the Cuff is thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail.

You can attach your camera to the strap very easily and quickly using the unique system of anchors (included in the package). Thanks to the Dyneema® material, these anchors have a load capacity of 90 kg, so you don’t have to worry about the safety of your camera.

A huge advantage is that after detaching the camera, you can turn the strap into a simple and elegant wristband thanks to the built-in magnet. Then, whenever you take your camera out of your backpack or bag, you can attach it back to the strap in a second and be ready for action. The Cuff is a versatile strap that you can attach to any gear—just clip on the Peak Design carabiners.

Simple and practical setup

The strap features automatic drop protection. If you drop your camera, the Cuff tightens around your wrist, so you can breathe easy. Using a simple buckle, you can easily adjust the strap’s tightness around your wrist. When you detach the camera, you can wrap the strap around your wrist—it stays in place thanks to a built-in, sliding magnet. This way, the strap won’t get in your way at all.

Personal experience

I’ve been using Peak Design products for many years. My favorite is the Capture mount, which is a must-have for anyone serious about photography on the go. I also use the excellent Leash strap almost all the time, and recently I’ve fallen in love with the Cuff as well. I wear it on my wrist like a bracelet, and whenever I pull my camera out of my bag, I quickly clip it onto the Cuff, knowing my camera is safe. What I like most about Peak Design is that all their product lines are perfectly integrated and well-thought-out.
