The Rab Kinetic Ultra is a women's waterproof jacket made from three-layer "Rab" Proflex fabric. The jacket is part of the Skyline running collection, which focuses on uncompromising ultralight models designed for trail running. However, it’s not just for hardcore mountain runners and fans of ultra-fast mountain ascents—it’s also great for a whole range of other outdoor activities. Simply put, it’s perfect for any situation where we’re heading out into bad weather or where conditions might change quickly, but we still need enough breathability for aerobic activity.

Cycling, trekking, ski touring, classic hiking, and everyday wear on rainy days—the Kinetic Ultra is perfect for all of these activities. This perfectly balanced jacket offers an excellent balance between weight, protection, breathability, and packability. The 10,000/35,000 membrane rating ensures sufficient waterproofing, and thanks to its high breathability, you won’t be drenched in sweat even during high-intensity activity. Thanks to this, you can use the jacket not only as a backup in your backpack, but primarily as your main layer throughout your entire activity. You’ll simply put this piece on at the start and never take it off :)

The jacket features a unique "beanie-style" hood with a laminated brim, rear ventilation for airflow control, and an adjustable crown for a perfect fit. Furthermore, the entire hood is designed so as not to obstruct your view in any way. The lightweight, spiral, central YKK zipper is covered by a water-resistant flap and perfectly prevents water from entering the jacket. The sleeve ends are extended for better thermal comfort of the hands during exposed runs and are finished with elastic cuffs.

The entire jacket features an anatomically precise cut and does not restrict movement in any way. The bottom hem can be adjusted with a one-handed drawstring, allowing you to "tighten" the jacket and prevent wind from entering. The jacket is equipped with a practical zippered pocket on the left arm, suitable for small essentials such as keys, change, a card, or even a gel. A top-of-the-line three-layer fabric from Rab with a 10,000/35,000 rating and an excellent balance of weight and durability. Proflex is stretchy, soft, and quiet when worn (no rustling), essentially combining the performance of a hardshell with the flexibility and comfort of a softshell. Highly breathable and moisture-wicking fabric, now made from 100% recycled polyester in both the inner and outer layers.
