The Firewall Pants will appeal to more demanding users looking for durable, waterproof pants that, thanks to their stretchy, soft material, won’t restrict movement during strenuous activities. Despite their ruggedness and technical construction, they still weigh a reasonable 340 grams.

Thanks to the side, water-resistant YKK zipper that extends to 3/4 of the length, they work great as overpants or as a primary outer layer for all mountaineering activities. The material feels very comfortable even against bare skin. The zipper is a three-way zipper, so you can adjust ventilation exactly as needed. The elastic waistband, which can be further tightened, ensures maximum comfort and prevents the pants from riding up.

Waterproofing is provided by the proven, three-layer Pertex Shield® with a 20,000 mm water column and excellent breathability. The knees are pre-shaped to minimize restriction of movement. The pants feature adjustable cuffs and loops for attaching a cord under the boot.
