The 35-liter models are new and are currently available only in Burnt Olive and Spicy Orange.
Sea to Summit Dry Sacks are made of sturdier 70D nylon, making them suitable for any situation where the bag will be subjected to heavy use.
Staying dry is the most important—and often the most difficult—task during extended outdoor activities. It’s not just about the clothes on your body, but mainly about the important warm layers in your backpack—such as a down sleeping bag and jacket, spare clothes, and gear.
To help you organize your backpack better, they come in several color options. They weigh just a few grams, and when you don’t need them, you can roll them up to a negligible size. That’s one of the reasons they kept us company for a full 5 months on CDT – over 200 river crossings on the Gila River in New Mexico, a few falls into icy rivers swollen with melting snow in Colorado, and finally, long weeks of rain in Montana. They even came in handy for hanging food in trees to keep bears away… those few extra grams in the form of three small bags were well worth it.
